Refund/Cancellation Policy I guarantee the integrity of my work with normal use and handling. If an item fails during normal use within the first 90 days, I will be happy to reimburse your purchase price. If you are returning a failed item, you must contact me before returning the merchandise to arrange shipping. "Thermal Shock" is the name given to cracking when there is an extreme and rapid temperature change (i.e. freezer to oven); pottery is not designed or guaranteed to withstand those conditions. If you want to return merchandise for any other reason a studio credit will be given, the returned item(s) must be received within 14 days of delivery and in original condition. Please be aware that postage, insurance and proper packaging of returns is your responsibility. Claymakins does not reimburse for the costs of shipping and handling on these types of returns. All returns must be accompanied by an original sales receipt. Refunds will be given in the same tender as the original purchase. Prior to shipping, you may cancel an order without incurring expense.
Shipping Policy I will ship your in-stock order within 2 - 3 business days via US Parcel Post. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. If you require speedier delivery, please contact me. I charge only the cost of shipping and packaging materials no handling fees. Additional charges may apply for a rush shipment. Currently we only ship to US destinations. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the order. Additional items receive a discount in the shipping cost. If you want to know what shipping would be before ordering, email me with the item numbers, your zip code, whether you want standard (USPS) or fast (FedEx) shipping, and I will respond with the estimated shipping cost. All packages will be insured; in the event that an item arrives damaged, you would need to save the packaging materials and process a claim with the carrier. Claymakins' Pottery Studio is located at my home near Olympia, Washington. Nestled in the backyard surrounded by trees, waterscapes and gardens, I enjoy the sound of birds singing, and visits from a tame gray squirrel, Cisco, begging for pecans. I find working in this beautiful setting both inspiring and motivating.
